Finalists Announced

The finalists for this year’s Director of the Year Awards have just been revealed.

31 shortlisted directors from all corners of Scotland and all sectors of private and public businesses, including transport, medical science and the recruitment industry have been announced as finalists across 15 categories.  There will also be a presentation to the outstanding young director through the IoD’s association with the Prince’s Scottish Youth Business Trust.

David Watt, Executive Director, IoD Scotland commented:

“Entries once again confirm the calibre and quality of people leading businesses and organisations throughout Scotland.  As in previous years, the final judging was immensely difficult, and to simply be nominated is a major achievement in itself.”

The winners for each of the categories will be announced at what is Scotland’s most prestigious annual business awards ceremony on Thursday 22 March at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow.  You can book a seat or seats at the event online - or by downloading the PDF booking form.
