Diary Date - Highlands & Islands
A number of members have expressed interest in the new arrangement with Kingsmills Hotel, Inverness and so I have arranged a networking event at KingsClub on 02 Sept. 5.30 – 7.30.
The event will include complimentary wine and soft drinks, cheese tasting and canapés. During the event there will be tours of the facility for those who may be interested.
If there is sufficient interest in this new event on our calendar we will arrange one each month, with the intention of everyone having the opportunity to network, I’d also like to trial the opportunity for one member each month to spend up to 5 minutes briefing about their company (obviously we will set a rota in place for this – first come first served!
It is essential that you book for this event by emailing me at pbh@p2partners.co.uk as soon as possible.
The full details of our arrangement with KingsClub are:
- Free entry to KingsClub
- Use of food and beverage lounges
- Free wifi vouchers or use of business center
- 10% discount on food and beverage purchases
- 10% discount on room rates
- 10% discount on all retail and spa treatments
- 10% discount on meeting room and private hire charges in the main hotel
- 50% discount on leisure club - day membership normally £10 per adult reduced to £5 and normally £5 per child reduced to £2.50 (5-16 years old)
Your IoD Membership Card must be produced and all accounts settled on the day.

IoD Scotland Golf Challenge Friday 24th September 2010
IoD Scotland invites you to enjoy an afternoon of golf at the glorious Ladybank Golf Club and to compete for our three trophies!
The golf competitions include the Inter-regional Golf Challenge for the Ian Stevenson Trophy, as well as individual competitions for the Corporate Risk Trophy and the Bowring Trophy – the individual Stableford and Scratch competitions.
